Welcome to the "Support System" section. To ensure your request is reviewed as quickly as possible, please follow these rules:

  1. Be specific in your request. Clearly state the exact issue you are facing. This could include account recovery, reports of bots or scammers, payment issues, or any other concerns requiring resolution. The more details you provide, the faster we can assist you.
  2. Don't forget to include a clear topic title. Please summarize your request in the topic title. For example:
    • "Account recovery request"
    • "Bot report"
    • "Payment issue"
    This helps us quickly understand your issue and direct it to the right specialist.
  3. Do not create multiple threads on the same issue. If you have already created a request, please wait for a response. Posting multiple similar messages slows down the processing time.
  4. Maintain confidentiality. Questions related to your account, payments, or personal information should be sent in private messages to moderators or administrators, rather than in public threads.
  5. Check the FAQ and existing requests before posting. Your question may have already been addressed, and a solution might be available in existing threads.
  6. Be patient. We strive to respond as quickly as possible, but some issues may take time to resolve. Please wait for a reply and avoid creating new threads for an already submitted request.
  7. Spam and insults are prohibited. Messages containing insults, threats, or advertising content will be immediately deleted, and users may be banned.
